Serves as Lead Digital Media Consultant for Former Congresswoman Donna Edwards’ 2018 Campaign for Prince George’s County Executive. Provided social media support and recommendations for Demos. Drove the NEA’s digital media and email strategy for NEA’s Student Program (NEA-SP). Pioneered NEA’s New Educators email campaign garnering a 40% open rate & a 2.5% click-through rate. Created content for NEA’s SupportEd website and an email campaign for NEA-SP Career Fairs/Monthly Webinars designed to inform their student teachers

YWCA USA, Social Media and Online Engagement Coordinator

March 2015 - February 2016

Developed strategies to drive engagement for YWCA USA’s flagship campaigns.. Managed a portfolio of grants totaling and developed recommendations to enhance grant application process.  Established YWCA USA’s first blog strategy, editorial calendar & monthly digital analytics report with data from Google/Twitter Analytics, and Facebook Insights. Enhanced YWCA’s digital footprint through engagement on Facebook and Twitter.

Led a Social Media Specialist and team of interns through social media marketing projects and campaigns. Promoted NAACP campaigns & events on Twitter, Facebook & Instagram. Launched their mobile messaging platform & facilitated ~500 training workshps enhancing platform use & appropriate content creation.
